Recipe: Kratom Apple Sauce

Are you interested in baking with kratom, but unsure how? Here’s a simple way to keep your baked goods super flavorful and have your dose of kratom without the kratom taste by making a kratom apple sauce that can be added to any baked dish.


  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • 5 grams kratom powder
  • One tablespoon cinnamon
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • Optional: Honey, maple syrup or brown sugar to taste


  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.
  • Keep the bowl in a freezer for 10-15 minutes. DO NOT LEAVE IN THE FREEZER! 
  • Take it out of the freezer, give it a mix
  • Add to whatever baked good you’re making or eat as is!

Applesauce is the perfect hunger cure with lots of health benefits. The added kratom, antibacterial cloves and anti-inflammatory cinnamon turns a nostalgic snack into the perfect addition to any day.
